🔬International Women’s Day ‘24: professional development offers from 21 top MATs led by women
If we are to advance gender equality, we need to create the conditions in our schools where women can thrive and reach and succeed in the top jobs in schools and MATs.
To achieve this, we must invest in high-quality, impactful professional development that builds life-long, rewarding careers that attract and retain more people to work in our schools where they are so very needed.
To celebrate the IWD 2024 theme of Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress, our very own Frances Ling and Rob Williams have been asking 2 questions:
Who are the women leading top-performing MATs?
What promises do these successful MATs make about career-long professional development for all staff?
To get the answers to these questions and help you see how your school/MAT professional development offer compares…
